High-Pressure Cleaning System Efficiency and Consistency with Every Screen The HP-1 was created for small-to-medium-sized businesses to do away with the need for handheld pressure washers and superfluous overspray while cleaning screens of ink, emulsion, and stains

How to Use

Remove Tape & Ink

When you are ready to clean screens, remove the tape and scrape out all of the excess ink from the screen.

Dip Screen In Dip Tank

Place your screen in the dip tank to soften the ink and emulsion.

Place Screen in Machine

Place your screen in the machine, close the door, and press start. The machine will run for 90 seconds.

Remove Frame, Add Dehazer

When the cycle is done, pull the frame out and spray on dehazer to the front and back of the mesh and scrub.

Place Screen In Machine

Place your screen back in the machine, close the door, and press start. The machine will run for 90 seconds.

Remove Screen & Rack to Dry

When the cycle is done, pull your frame out and place it on a rack to dry.
