Ink Degraders

Be sure you remove all of the ink from the screen when you go to reclaim because plastisol ink can create a mesh when not kept under control. Screen Printing Ink Degraders (or Ink Degradents) are used after you've finished printing and are looking to reclaim. The reason that you wouldn't want to use a Ink Degrader on an emulsion stencil that you plan to store, is because degraders were formulated to break down the ink without consideration to the integrity of the stencil.
